I have another case, where the APA payments date back to November 2024 to date. These payments are not showing on the rent account, and our Rent Accounting Team are not able to locate and post the payments without a payment schedule from UC. UC in turn are not playing ball, stating they are not able to help us with the schedules due to date sharing protocol. In your opinion can we force them to provide us the required information so the payments can be posted?
