Sorry to bother you, I just wondered if you can offer any guidance with one of our Appointeeships please. A lady received £15,000 in April 2025, ESA have said that the lumpsum can be disregarded for the lifetime of their claim. I presumed that the council would follow suit but they are saying not and that UC will take it into account too.
Do you know if this is correct or if there is anything else we can quote to them?
