working and getting the LCWRA element on UC- can you? - Fri, 02/02/2024 - 10:40
Wanting to pick your brains if that's ok!
Have a resident who was long term sick for a while but is now back in work and earning about £1600 a month. They still receive PIP, but on their UC calculation are still receiving the LCWRA element. I thought this would have stopped now they're back in work? Or is there a transitional period when someone returns to employment where it is kept in the calculation for a set period of time?

Hope you can advise.
