The government has said it will start the reassessment of PIP cases concerning
those with mental health conditions and mobility descriptor 1 and also safety.
‘I am pleased to inform the House that two review exercises will begin today.
One with regard to the MH and RJ judgments and one for claimants whose main
disabling condition is haemarthropathy.'
New guidance has also been issued around the issue of safety and the PIP descriptors.
