The Digital Service area is expanding this year. The DWP has issued guidance to explain the latest postcodes where the Digital Service area will apply to new claims.
Exceptions where a claim for Tax Credit , Housing Benefit or Income support might still be made are given as-

● Specified accommodation where a claim for HB will still be possible

● State Pension Credit(SPC) qualifying age-
where a claim for HB is made by a person who has reached the qualifying age for SPC or
is a member of a couple for the purposes of SPC, the other member of which has reached the qualifying age for SPC
● A claim for Tax Credits is made by a person who has reached the qualifying age of SPC or
a couple for the purposes of TC where one or both members have reached the qualifying age for SPC or
a person who does not fall within 1., and is a member of a couple for the purposes of SPC where the other member of the couple has reached the qualifying age for SPC
