Following the Government’s current advice concerning covid-19/ coronavirus,  we have postponed scheduled courses until at least September 2020.  We will be in touch with those of you who have booked pre course to confim this and offer credit notes.  We will monitor the situation as it progresses.  

 

COVID-19 UPDATE

Following on from recent government guidance on COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we are minimising contact with our clients and colleagues to protect health, and reduce the risk of infection.

One of our core services involves delivering Benefits training on-site at public venues and client premises. We have currently suspended this area of service, and will regularly re-assess whether we can take steps to reduce and manage risks related to COVID-19 in a way that will allow this training to resume.

Until the current situation changes, we will not be meeting face-to-face with clients. We are instead planning to offer training via alternative online delivery mechanisms, such as  video-conferencing. We look forward to detailing these alternatives as soon as they are available.

We will continue to support those who have been on courses with us with free newsletters/ resources and consultancy.

We have business continuity plans in place, and we anticipate that we will be able to provide alternative services that replace traditional face-to-face training for the duration of the COVID-19 outbreak.
