client stopped work and is on PIP can he gets LCWRA element on Universal Credit

Hi there I have a client who has learning difficulties autisim in recept of High  day care PIP 

cl  is under age of 25 cl has always worked since leaving school early in warehouse . but lost his job . my question is cl would like to apply for UC as no means to live on  how would cl get  LCWRA so he gets extra £390 per month ?  also he is keen to get back to work  so can he can still look for work while on LCWRA if awarded ? 

I hope it makes sense that I want him to be in correct group
