Carers Allowance is normally considered a non means tested Benefit. But not for earnings.

The government has explained that most overpayments(70%- about 100,000 claimants) of Carers Allowance are

due to earnings being above the Carers Allowance earnings threshold(currently £151 per week).

And '...From April 2025, the Government is boosting the Carer’s Allowance earnings threshold by £45 a week to

£196, beneftting more than 60,000 carers by 2029/30. ..'
