Changes include- The Carer’s Allowance Earnings Rule will be increased from £116 to £120 a week, Non-Dependant Deductions (NDDs) will also be up-rated in line with prices and the majority of working-age benefits will be frozen at their 2015- 16 levels for four years. Premiums paid to disabled people receiving working age benefits and to Employment and Support Allowance claimants in the Support

Group, will increase in as per the Consumer Prices Index (CPI)which was 3.0% in September 2017.

 

Aged under 25 and on Income Support (IS) or income based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA(IB)) or ESA(IR) which does not include an amount for the support component or work-related activity component.
