All our courses are updated to include the latest changes/  proposed changes announced in the Coalition’s Emergency Budget and Spending Review.   

Courses can be run at a basic or more experienced level and usually last one day.

cost- £120 per place includes lunch, refreshments, colour Benefit rates poster, certificate of attendance and comprehensive course guide.

(£95 per place- concessionary rate for voluntary organisations with 5 or less full time staff)

Cancellation-   If you cancel the course more than 3 weeks before the commencement date, then a £35 administration fee will be payable.
The course fee will remain payable if you cancel the course within 3 weeks of the commencement date. 
If we cancel the course, then full refunds will be paid to participants (excluding other costs, such as travel).
Transfers- You are free to transfer places between employees within your organisation at no extra cost.
